The role involves consulting on complex initiatives, analyzing large-scale engineering challenges, and collaborating with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering

Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Systems Operations Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes

Qualification

Required

5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education

5+ years of experience providing development and/or support for applications built on .NET and Java platforms

4+ years of SQL experience

3+ years of experience with systems health and performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, and Splunk

Preferred

Expertise in AXON, Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RH PAM), Java/Spring Boot, PCF, Azure, and messaging systems such as Kafka, Solace, and IBM MQ is a plus
