Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for Workday business processes including hiring, onboarding, compensation changes, and benefits enrollment
Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure tasks are routing correctly across departments
Assist HR staff and managers with navigating new processes and understanding system logic
Monitor system usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement or reconfiguration
Conduct gap analyses between legacy processes and Workday functionality
Document and implement approved changes to Workday configurations
Ensure alignment between Workday configurations and existing HR workflows
Support annual processes such as open enrollment, merit increases, and position budgeting
Validate data accuracy across modules and support data clean-up efforts
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR leadership

Required

Experience in Workday modules related to Benefits, Compensation, and Core HCM
