Sr. Workday HR Systems Analyst_only on W2
Chelsoft Solutions Co. is seeking a Senior Workday HR Systems Analyst to provide hands-on support for Workday business processes and ensure effective configuration alignment. The role involves troubleshooting workflow issues, assisting HR staff, and monitoring system usage for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for Workday business processes including hiring, onboarding, compensation changes, and benefits enrollment
Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure tasks are routing correctly across departments
Assist HR staff and managers with navigating new processes and understanding system logic
Monitor system usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement or reconfiguration
Conduct gap analyses between legacy processes and Workday functionality
Document and implement approved changes to Workday configurations
Ensure alignment between Workday configurations and existing HR workflows
Support annual processes such as open enrollment, merit increases, and position budgeting
Validate data accuracy across modules and support data clean-up efforts
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR leadership
Qualification
Required
