Responsibilities

Develop and manage test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for district software systems
Lead end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple projects
Translate user stories and requirements into actionable test scenarios
Perform back-end validation, data integrity testing, and API/integration testing
Manage defect tracking and resolution in coordination with vendors, internal stakeholders and teams, Project Managers, and Business Analysts
Mentor team members to improve technical testing capabilities
Create QA dashboards and structured reporting for leadership
Ensure compliance with district standards and audit requirements

Required

10+ years of experience as a Senior QA Analyst, Senior Tester, or QA Coordinator
Expertise in test management, test automation (where applicable), and defect tracking tools
Strong technical skills in back-end testing, data validation, and enterprise integrations
Experience supporting multiple projects in hybrid waterfall/agile environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teams
Experience testing SAP ECC and SuccessFactors modules such as FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), MM (Materials Management), HR/HCM, and related public sector modules
Experience with cloud-based application testing
Experience with IBM Maximo or other enterprise asset/maintenance management systems (EAM/CMMS)
Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and IAM testing
Experience testing interfaces, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization
Intermediate SQL skills for data validation, test data creation, and back-end testing
Test Automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
Experience with vulnerability scanning and security validation
Experience ensuring compliance with accessibility and usability standards
