Qualification
Required
3 years of inside sales / customer service distribution experience in the electrical / heating industry
Ability to read detailed documents such as specifications and equipment schedules
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of a CRM database
Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally
Top-rate organizational skills - ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively in fast paced environment
Highly competitive and motivated
Solid understanding of sales metrics
Creativity and an ability to convey and sell new ideas
