Operations Control Specialist – Critical Field Services
EOLA Power is Florida's leading provider of UPS and battery system services, supporting critical facilities. They are seeking an Operations Control Specialist to manage scheduling, logistics, and dispatch, ensuring that emergencies are prioritized and contractual response times are met.

Responsibilities
Directly manage scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of Field Engineers across the country
Prioritize emergencies and guarantee contractual response times are met
Coordinate travel, equipment, and client deadlines under pressure
Act as the central hub between clients, engineers, and internal departments
Escalate and solve client issues quickly and professionally
Draft and issue service quotes based on field recommendations
Compile and finalize Field Service Reports for client delivery
Track parts and equipment tied to service jobs
Support cross-department projects and ensure deadlines are met
Qualification
Required
3+ years in operations scheduling, crew coordination, or dispatch (airline, airport, utilities, construction, HVAC, service, or similar)
Proven ability to handle real-time logistics and emergencies with multiple moving parts
Strong judgment, prioritization, and communication skills in high-stakes environments
Comfort with complex calendars, service ticketing, and job costing
Tech fluency: Microsoft 365, Adobe, ChatGPT, Grok and service/work order systems
Detail-obsessed, you don't let things slip through the cracks
Preferred
Exposure to electrical, HVAC, UPS, or facilities service industries
