Responsibilities

Develop and deploy custom copilots using M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio

Integrate copilots with knowledge sources, APIs, and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Build advanced agents and extend functionalities using Power Platform workflows and Python scripts

Apply strong knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI technologies

Collaborate with conversation designers and business analysts to translate requirements into Copilot flows

Participate in orchestration discussions to ensure copilots align with broader business processes

Test, debug, and provide support for copilots during development and deployment phases

Ensure compliance with enterprise environment standards for permissions and governance

Utilize hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Python scripting

Demonstrate familiarity with integrating APIs and knowledge sources
