Responsibilities

Work with the leadership team, product management and engineering leads to shape the product strategy and roadmap
Drive the strategy for constructing amazing experiences for our end users
Work closely with our users and identify opportunities to further polish the product
Oversee and set a high bar for various design activities, from user research, to competitor research, interaction design, visual design, content design, user testing, and design systems
Be hands-on and drive critical design projects
Build and grow the design team. Cultivate a great design culture within the company

Required

At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Solid fundamentals in user research, interaction design, and visual design. Have a high design bar and pay as much attention to systems thinking as individual pixels
Experience with developer-focused products (as a designer or purely as a user). Enjoy writing code and putting yourself in the shoes of developers. Stay close to AI/engineering workflows
A lot of passion about learning cutting-edge technologies and making the complex simple!

Preferred

Experience working on data tools, AI tools, or infrastructure products
Experience building world-class design teams
