They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Export Documentation Coordinator to support international sales by managing documentation and vessel logistics, ensuring timely and compliant export operations.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers, brokers, and agents to prepare and provide required export documentation
Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and banking documents for international transactions
Maintain and update reports on shipments, container and vessel loadings, and contracts
Track payments and monitor compliance with payment terms
Review and request amendments to letters of credit and other payment arrangements
Calculate, negotiate, and settle lay-time with counterparties
Provide vessel loading instructions and coordinate documentation with relevant parties
Prepare load orders for unit train shipments
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field required
Knowledge of accounting and mathematical principles (percentages, calculations, etc.)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database/accounting software
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Understanding of agricultural production, international banking, and customs regulations preferred
Spanish language proficiency a plus
