Responsibilities
Provide clinical services, including assessment and treatment, to adults seeking, undergoing, and recovering from gender-affirming surgeries
Conduct quality improvement and program development initiatives at the intersection of gender-affirming care and mental health
Work closely with related clinical and administrative services in the Gender-Affirming Surgery Clinic and across the hospital, caring for transgender and gender diverse people
Provide ongoing psychotherapeutic treatments established for a range of conditions
Qualification
Required
Strong clinical background with a broad range of mental disorders
Training and experience in the care of sex and gender minorities
Experience working in medical settings
