Responsibilities

Deploys and ensures the application of Installation, Testing and Commissioning processes by the Field team within the project
Ensures the field activities are carried out correctly and on time, according to the plan, Alstom standards and documentation are fully followed
Execute Field Modification Instructions, (FMI)on-site per Engineering instructions
Ensures Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS )compliance (Zero deviation), reports, and anticipates issues
Prepare and execute tests, log analysis, and test reports
Check compliance of Signaling systems in relation to system specification documents and contractual requirements
Commitment to the Project main milestones as discussed during the toolbox
Manages tools and ensures accurate calibration
Provide daily reports, through periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Record Non-conformity report (NCR) , making the appropriate record on the test sheets and reporting the results to system validation and the punch list roll-out
Ensures all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including defect description and associated test context
Issues the REX (Returns on Experience – lessons learned) on ITC activities and proposes updates/improvements to the Installation, Test and Commissionig way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance
Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
Compliance to (EHS) (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. May have equivalent education or experiences
