Project Manager-Industrial Hygiene
Pinchin is a multidisciplinary consulting firm that provides a wide range of engineering, building sciences, environmental, civil, and occupational health and safety solutions across the US and Canada. They are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their Industrial Hygiene team in Michigan, where the role involves developing project plans, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Environmental Services
Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
Prepare and/or review technical work plans outlining project methodologies, objectives, and deliverables
Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication, and deliverables
Generate comprehensive and accurate reports detailing projects progress, findings, and recommendations
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand and manage the project goals, timeline, and milestones
Manage project profitability by ensuring appropriate budgeting/pricing and utilization of resources and cost controls
Be a public relations ambassador by being proactive in presenting and communicating the capabilities and strengths of the company to all publics
Communicate and present potential new business or resource information, competitive situations, or technology/regulatory factors to leadership
Task management and coordination, client interaction, and data management
Maintain a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in environmental science preferred
3-5 years of experience with Industrial Hygiene
Must be a Michigan Accredited Asbestos Inspector and Certified Lead Inspector
A valid driver's license is required
Ability to work in various settings and climates
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have keen attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours and be available for travel
Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, and the ability to pass a company physical
