Employment Litigation Associate

Responsibilities
Defend employers in all aspects of lawsuits and administrative charges involving a broad range of employment-related claims
Provide advice and counsel to employers on every aspect of the employment relationship
Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
5+ years of litigation experience, employment law background strongly preferred
Will consider judicial clerkship experience as litigation experience
Active CT bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
Understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently
