Build Relationships: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by developing new relationships and deepening existing ones

Drive Results: Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals by expanding loans, deposits, and cross-selling bank products like Treasury Management Services

Deliver Solutions: Structure, negotiate, and close complex loan transactions while ensuring a deposit component is included in every new relationship

Provide Exceptional Service: Respond promptly to client requests, delivering efficient and personalized service to meet their financial needs

Collaborate: Partner with internal teams (Risk Officers, Treasury Management, Client Services) to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience

Manage Risk: Review and underwrite loan requests, monitor portfolio quality, and proactively address potential issues to minimize risk and ensure compliance

Engage in the Community: Represent the bank at social functions, business development events, and through association memberships to grow the Private Client Group clientele
