Responsibilities

Conduct workflow analysis and customize application training to meet the unique needs of each customer
Plan, schedule, and deliver web-based and on-site training for healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the skills to optimize the use of our solutions
Provide remote diagnostic support for technical, clinical, and end-user challenges using cutting-edge remote access technologies
Organize and manage go-live support for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition
Serve as a clinical expert and support project teams and customer success initiatives
Develop and refine training processes to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and customers, ensuring a positive and cohesive company image
Continuously innovate and improve training methodologies and technical support practices
Travel frequently to customer sites (up to 80% travel) as required

Qualification

Required

Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
5+ years' experience as an imaging technologist (CT, MRI, Cardiology, Breast Imaging)
Prior experience leading or managing a team in a clinical setting
In-depth knowledge of PACS systems and healthcare interoperability standards
Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving high-quality results
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a proven track record of explaining complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

Preferred

Experience as a SuperUser or PACS Administrator
Knowledge of Sectra PACS and add-on functionality (e.g., Volume Visualization, Teaching files)
Experience with multiple imaging modalities, including Radiology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Mammography, and Pathology
CIIP certification or similar credentials
Proven project management experience
