Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the clinical department, including case managers, and clinical team

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of clinical charts, treatment plans, and progress notes

Oversee program compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements

Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices

Collaborate with the DRO/DO and leadership team to align clinical services with organizational goals

Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical team members

Review, audit, and ensure accuracy of records to maintain compliance and quality standards

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

Handle escalated clinical concerns and provide guidance on complex client cases
