Handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial, trial, settlement and so on)

Developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships

Experience in all aspects of discovery

Preparing witnesses for deposition

Drafting complaints, answers, motions, briefs, settlement agreements

Managing filing and service of pleadings
