CNC Programmer

Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3 and 5-axis milling machines and 7-axis mill-turn/bar-fed mills
Maintain strict adherence to quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits, ensuring that 100% of produced parts meet or exceed customer specifications and quality requirements
Meet schedules by ensuring that all CNC programs are completed on time
Follow Applied Medicals standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously, resulting in zero compliance issues during internal or external audits
Interface effectively with engineering, department supervisors, quality control inspection and upper management
Qualification
Required
Five years of experience in programming 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines or lathes
Working knowledge of a variety of materials: stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, tool steels, etc
Experience in Autodesk Fusion or equivalent software
Ability to hold tight tolerances
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Machining hardened tool steels
Molds and mold components
Machining multiple grades of stainless steel
