Channel Account Executive, Healthcare & Life Sciences
Ciberspring is a next-generation, tech-first precision engagement agency specializing in innovative solutions across various verticals, including healthcare and life sciences. They are seeking a Channel Account Executive to drive partner-led opportunity generation within the healthcare and life sciences sector by collaborating with Salesforce's teams and co-selling AI and digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop trusted relationships with Salesforce regional and industry channel leaders
Strategically identify life sciences accounts for co-sell opportunities
Qualify, nurture, and advance opportunities to Sales Engineers or Customer Success teams
Lead enablement and incentives for joint partner campaigns, webinars, and events
Track and report on pipeline, opportunity conversion, and channel-originated revenue
Provide field feedback to refine vertical messaging, positioning, and value propositions
Qualification
Required
5+ years in channel account management, with Salesforce ecosystem experience or worked within the Salesforce Life Sciences business unit with explicit pharmaceutical expertise
Deep domain knowledge in healthcare and life sciences
Proven track record in building and executing joint go-to-market strategies
Experience collaborating with sales, technical, and partner teams
Strong communication, program management, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
