Responsibilities

Support the development and growth of FTSE Russell’s private market benchmarks, crafting methodology and driving strategic positioning

Deliver investor-ready reports and index materials that turn metrics into clear, actionable insights for clients

Bring deep expertise in index construction and macroeconomic trends across private equity, private credit, and real assets to guide product innovation

Support client adoption by communicating value clearly, streamlining onboarding, and ensuring smooth integration

Represent the private markets team in internal forums and cross-functional groups to build alignment and increase visibility

Engage with industry peers through working groups and events to promote the Benchmarks and bring together market insights

Collaborate across research, operations, and commercial teams to ensure products meet market needs and are ready for launch

Chip in to go-to-market plans by crafting informational content, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns

Track industry trends and regulatory changes to advise product strategy and see opportunities for innovation
