Responsibilities
Process policy documents, endorsements, changes, cancellations, and confirmations in EPIC
Use insurer portals to obtain quotes, proposals, billing info, and policy documents
Maintain accurate client and prospect files within the agency management system
Process payments and manage late-payment and cancellation notices
Follow agency policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with insurer requirements
Provide direct customer service support, including answering phones and assisting with inquiries
Escalate issues or irregularities to management as needed
Stay current with insurer guidelines and industry requirements
Participate in agency or industry training as assigned
Qualification
Required
EPIC agency management system experience (required)
Strong computer and office software proficiency
Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and analytical skills
Must hold or obtain Property & Casualty Producer License
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Prior insurance experience preferred
Property & Casualty background a plus
