Responsibilities
Finance, accounting and reporting to assist in decision making
Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges
Keep up to date on the latest applications of informational technology
Implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion
Manage technical difficulties, working with developers and engineers when necessary
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, Business & Technology Management, or any other related major
Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
Candidates should have interest in and basic understanding of programming languages and various infrastructure platforms
Experience demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Experience demonstrating the use of collaboration skills to achieve shared goals
Experience demonstrating strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Experience demonstrating attention to detail, flexibility, inquisitiveness, and a passion for broad learning
Self-starter able to independently organize their work and effectively communicate uncertainties
