Handle the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades for projects

Work with MEP staff in the field (MEP Super, etc.)

Oversee multiple projects from the ownership side

Report to a Senior Managing Director

Qualification

MEP project managementCommercial constructionEngineering degreeNYC construction experienceTeam leadership

Required

10-15+ years' experience

Construction experience in NYC and Jersey City

Experience managing the MEPS for projects

Commercial construction project management experience

Preferred

An engineering-based degree is highly preferred
