Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting
Advises senior management to drive growth and profitability
Manages and analyzes financial statements and reports
Prepares and presents financial forecasts and budget plans
Collaborates with other departments to ensure financial alignment and management
Manages cash flow and investment strategies
Identifies areas for cost reduction and profit maximization
Ensures timeliness of creating forecasts, budgets, reports & analysis; consistently meets deadlines
Maintains a consistently high level of accuracy & reasonableness of financial forecasts, reports & analysis
Guides other departments and teams to make business decisions that have optimal financial outcomes
Qualification
Required
Possess academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Possess extensive experience in financial management, supporting problem-solving and decision-making
Be able to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively
Have a clear understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
Be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
