Responsibilities

Help develop and litigate complex litigation matters on behalf of the firm’s clients

Represent investors in complex cases

Work towards achieving precedent-setting reforms to increase transparency, correct economic or negotiating imbalances, hold wrongdoers accountable and improve corporate business practices

Required

JD is required (2020 - 2024 law school graduates); must be admitted to the New York Bar

Related experience in complex litigation is required; no securities litigation experience is required for this role

Strong academic and professional credentials required; judicial clerkships are a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach, and the readiness to take opportunity and run with it is necessary

Ability and desire to take a meaningful role in multiple complex cases, often opposite significantly more senior lawyers

Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills are essential
