Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for core CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud required)
Familiarity with Revenue tools (Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo), CPQ/CLM tools (Docusign Document Generator, Ironclad), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
Clear communication and project management skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and design solutions that are built to scale
Strong data management skills, including data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard creation
Understanding of GTM processes cross-functionally to partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including user access, roles, permissions, integrations, workflows, and automation to support lead management, pipeline processes, and customer lifecycle operations
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and serve as the technical partner for GTM teams
Support tool evaluations, technology rollouts, and change management initiatives, while providing training and documentation to ensure effective adoption and usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Required

5+ years of GTM Systems experience

5-7 years of hands-on experience administering CRM and GTM systems
Working knowledge of GTM processes across the full revenue funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success)
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation within a multi-system GTM stack
Ability to balance multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users

Preferred

Strong Salesforce expertise preferred
Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
Exposure to revenue operations, analytics/BI tools (Looker, Tableau), or project management platforms
