Community Mental Health Program Manager

WellSpring Counseling is dedicated to providing high-quality, spiritually integrated behavioral health services. The Community Mental Health Program Manager will launch and lead a community-based team, focusing on program development, compliance oversight, and community engagement within a faith-driven mission.

Responsibilities

Launch and stabilize the WellSpring Community Outreach (WSCO) program
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Foster a positive, accountable, and Christ-centered team culture
Ensure adherence to CARF and OHMAS standards
Oversee clinical documentation (intake, treatment plans, progress notes, etc.)
Audit records for accuracy and completeness
Prepare for accreditation surveys, site visits, and audits
Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise clinical and support staff
Provide required clinical supervision under OMHAS, OAC, and ministry guidelines
Monitor staff productivity, billing practices, and service delivery
Build and maintain relationships with schools, courts, and community partners
Grow client referrals and represent WSCO at networking events
Support marketing and outreach efforts with the COYFC Development team
Lead staff in prayer, Bible study, and spiritual formation
Represent COYFC’s Christian mission and values in all aspects of your work
Guide team members in seeking God’s wisdom through prayer and discernment
Provide biblical encouragement and mentorship to staff, volunteers, and clients
