Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies on a deal by deal and opportunity basis, including competitor analysis, cost analysis, and market pricing research
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM system
Support the contract lifecycle, liaise with legal and sales to streamline the contract review and approval process. Ensure compliance with internal policies and flag contract risks for review
Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to track sales performance using CRM
Work with sales teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Provide sales forecasting to estimate future revenue and support sales planning
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement especially in pipeline management
Provide support to the sales team on a variety of tasks, including quota management, territory assignments, and sales tools along with ongoing leadership reporting

Required

Five or more years in sales/finance, sales support, pricing management & proposal management positions in healthcare and life sciences industry
RWD Experience – Experience in RWD solutions in healthcare and life sciences field
Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and pricing techniques
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

3 or more years of experience in pharma RWD and analytics solutions space
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and data usage rights
