Ensure the smooth operation of auction pick up by adhering to best practices
Qualification
Required
Communication and Interpersonal Skills - especially being coachable and open to constructive feedback!
Desire to assist the Senior Population in our community and to learn about senior transitions with care and curiosity
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and on your own - seek to achieve and surpass productivity goals to earn monthly bonuses!
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, and be willing to use your own mobile phone on the job
Preferred
Experience in customer service is a plus
