Responsibilities

Provide daily functional and technical support for Oracle EPM applications, including issue resolution, performance monitoring, and security maintenance

Maintain and enhance metadata, business rules, and forms in PBCS; oversee data integrations and data loads across source systems

Support reconciliation and close cycles in ARCS; troubleshoot matching rules, mappings, and manual adjustments

Drive improvements in narrative reporting, planning processes, and application usability

Partner with the COE team, Finance, and IT to support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial planning cycles

Ensure system alignment with audit, compliance, and governance standards

Support quarterly Oracle Cloud EPM release testing and perform regression validation

Build Smart View templates, ad hoc queries, and reporting tools to enhance business decision-making

Collaborate with Oracle and implementation partners to resolve application issues and explore platform enhancements

Create and maintain documentation for business processes, data flows, configurations, and training materials
