Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required

Qualification
Required
Admitted to the CA Bar
Excellent academic credentials
Strong insurance coverage experience required
Commercial Litigation experience required
Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
