Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives; perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support strategic initiatives

Analyze structured and unstructured data, assess value, and provide expertise in the production of use cases for consumption by command staff

Can explain complex, technically difficult information in an easily understood manner to technical and non-technical audiences

Educate and mentor on how to effectively use and interpret data, ensuring customers can independently derive insights and make informed decisions

Foundational proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

Familiarity of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch)

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib) and big data technologies (e.g., Pandas, Spark)

Capable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

Required

2+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree

Active DoD Secret clearance which requires US citizenship

2+ years' experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automation

Experience working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex, technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner

Strong organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillment
