The Technical Customer Success Lead will manage relationships with enterprise validator partners, ensuring successful technical integration and driving account growth through responsive support and strategic advocacy.

Responsibilities
Conduct technical discovery with prospective validator partners, and provide integration guidance as needed
Own technical onboarding process, coordinate with BD, developer relations and engineering teams, and ensure smooth integration with client infrastructure
Serve as primary relationship owner for enterprise accounts, conducting regular business reviews and identifying expansion opportunities
Act as the first point of contact for partner issues, provide hands-on troubleshooting, and coordinate resolution with engineering when required
Translate customer requirements into input for the product team; advocate internally for client needs
Develop scalable onboarding processes, customer-facing documentation/knowledge base and customer success playbooks as the business grows
Track and report e.g.; validator uptime, customer satisfaction, and time-to-value to measure and improve partner outcomes
Qualification
Required
3-5 years experience in technical customer-facing roles (technical project management, sales engineering, or technical account management)
Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, particularly Ethereum staking/validation
Experience working with highly technical enterprise / infrastructure customers
Strong technical communication skills with ability to engage technical teams
