Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country, and they are seeking undergraduate students to serve as Campus Ambassadors for the Washington Wizards. The ambassadors will be responsible for promoting community initiatives, marketing programs, and ticket sales on their campuses while leading various campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

Support a variety of campaigns and events, including but not limited to: All-Star Voting, College Series Nights, Student Rush, Giveaway Nights, and more

Coordinate one (1) networking event at your University or College. The Wizards will provide the talent, while the ambassador will lead all aspects of event space bookings and promote the event to the student body. Serving as the moderator

Lead all aspects of operational needs and activations at campus events, including tabling at campus fairs, data collection for student rush and college series programs, identifying grassroots marketing opportunities in the community, and more

Required

Ability to work 4-5 hours per week on Wizards marketing campaigns and grassroots efforts

Enthusiastic about sports and championing the Washington Wizards brand

Current undergraduate student at Georgetown University, George Washington University, University of the District of Columbia, University of Maryland – College Park, Howard University, Bowie State University, Morgan State University, Coppin State University, American University, George Mason University, The Catholic University of America, Montgomery College, Northern Virginia Community College, Prince George's Community College or other college or university in the DMV

Leader on campus with thorough knowledge of institutional structure and the surrounding community

Availability to work a variety of campus events, games, and giveaway nights throughout the 2025-26 Washington Wizards season

Outgoing personality, ability to positively interact with a passionate sports fan base

Organized and able to prioritize work and problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Minimum 18 years of age with a government issued ID

Requires prolonged standing, walking, and stair climbing to access all parts of the facility and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
