As a Founding Marketer, you will define product positioning, lead demand generation, and create content that establishes thought leadership in AI and financial services, collaborating closely with various teams to expand the company's reach.

Responsibilities
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that showcases our differentiated AI solution
Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value propositions
Develop sales enablement materials - including decks, case studies, and demos
Build and manage growth marketing channels across paid search, social, and programmatic advertising
Create and optimize conversion funnels - from awareness through closed-won
Implement lead nurturing and marketing automation programs
Measure and optimize marketing ROI - including pipeline influence, account engagement, and revenue attribution
Develop content marketing that establishes thought leadership in AI and financial services - including whitepapers, videos, webinars, podcasts, and industry speaking opportunities
Track and translate key developments in the AI and financial services landscape to timely content and stories for Samaya
Manage public relations and analyst relations to build market credibility
Qualification
Required
6+ years experience in Enterprise Sales at high growth companies
Strong experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in financial services (familiarity with hedge funds, banks, asset management firms is a bonus)
A consistent history of exceeding sales targets and contributing to a winning, high-performance culture
Ability to articulate complex ideas in simple, compelling ways through presentations, pitches, and written communication
Willing to take ownership and with a natural curiosity and drive to learn, adapt, and innovate in a fast-moving AI industry
Skilled in using data and market insights to guide sales strategies and optimize pipeline management
Strong ability to connect with and influence decision-makers, from portfolio managers to C-suite executives
