The WellSpring Community Outreach Program Manager will lead a community-based team, ensuring compliance, staff supervision, and community engagement while fostering a Christ-centered mission.

Responsibilities

Launch and stabilize the WellSpring Community Outreach (WSCO) program

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Foster a positive, accountable, and Christ-centered team culture

Ensure adherence to CARF and OHMAS standards

Oversee clinical documentation (intake, treatment plans, progress notes, etc.)

Audit records for accuracy and completeness

Prepare for accreditation surveys, site visits, and audits

Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise clinical and support staff

Provide required clinical supervision under OMHAS, OAC, and ministry guidelines

Monitor staff productivity, billing practices, and service delivery

Build and maintain relationships with schools, courts, and community partners

Grow client referrals and represent WSCO at networking events

Support marketing and outreach efforts with the COYFC Development team

Lead staff in prayer, Bible study, and spiritual formation

Represent COYFC’s Christian mission and values in all aspects of your work

Guide team members in seeking God’s wisdom through prayer and discernment

Provide biblical encouragement and mentorship to staff, volunteers, and clients

Required

Experience in clinical program management or behavioral health leadership

Knowledge of CARF, OHMAS, and Medicaid service standards

Strong skills in staff supervision, compliance, and documentation oversight

Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models and community-based care

Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and COYFC's Statement of Faith

Willingness to lead and participate in Christian spiritual activities

Ability to integrate prayer and discipleship into your leadership role
