Responsibilities
Independently draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, customer and vendor contracts) involving software, technology, and data
Partner with Sales leadership to accelerate enterprise procurement processes
Provide clear, plain-spoken legal advice that enables business decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, and HR to proactively identify risks and enable growth
Qualification
Required
JD required with 4+ years of legal experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the technology/SaaS space
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating enterprise-level SaaS agreements
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Organized, diligent and detailed oriented, without losing sight of the big picture
Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences
Positive attitude with a desire to collaborate across departments
Preferred
Interest in advertising, technology, information security, and/or privacy regulation strongly preferred
