Responsibilities

Ensure that inmates have access to mental health services in accordance with NCCHC standards
Coordinate discharge planning
Schedule coordination for the mental health team staff
Act as a jail liaison between security and the Mental Health team

Required

Licensed Social Worker in the State of Louisiana - LCSW
Experience with psychiatric and/or risk troubled patients
Knowledge and ability to perform mental services in a correctional setting
Bachelors Degree in Social Science
