Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Design and implement effective IT solutions that align with organizational goals
Develop and maintain system architecture documentation
Conduct data analysis using ETL processes to support decision-making
Ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure through system administration and management
Utilize cloud security best practices to safeguard sensitive information
Engage in continuous integration and deployment practices within an Agile framework
Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, networking, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Participate in system hardening and vulnerability management initiatives
Create RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate data exchange between systems
Support development teams with debugging and testing of applications in various programming languages including Java, Python, C#, and Ruby on Rails
Qualification
Required
Strong background in IT and systems engineering
Focus on service-oriented architecture and solution architecture
Ability to analyze business needs and design effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

Develop and maintain system architecture documentation
Conduct data analysis using ETL processes to support decision-making

Solid foundation in computer science or a related field
Experience with service-oriented architecture and solution architecture principles
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Proficiency in database management systems including SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL technologies
Understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware and ESXi
Knowledge of security protocols including VPNs, firewalls, and threat intelligence
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash (Unix shell), PowerShell, or Python
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Preferred
Exposure to emerging technologies such as Kubernetes and microservices architecture
