Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs related to Workday implementations
Design, configure, and test Workday solutions to meet client specifications and ensure optimal functionality
Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday usage, including Quantum engineering principles
Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of Workday systems
Troubleshoot issues related to Workday functionality and provide timely resolutions
Stay updated on the latest Workday features and enhancements, ensuring clients benefit from new capabilities
Develop documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and user training
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or in a similar role within HR technology consulting
Strong knowledge of Workday modules, particularly in relation to Quantum engineering
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client engagement and relationship management
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Relevant certifications in Workday are highly desirable but not mandatory
