Manage adventure staff
Maintain all adventure courses
Maintain and coordinate all adventure programming safety inspections and certifications
Schedule and coordinate trainings
Communicate with outside rental groups
Staff all rental groups
Host all rental groups
Support Maintenance Department year round
Support Food Service Department year round
Assist with camp maintenance projects
Assist with all summer camp programs
Drive camp vehicles
Provide support to the camp administrative staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
ACCT Level 2 certification, have or able/willing to obtain
Positive attitude, initiative, flexibility, dependability and ability to work and problem solve as a team player
Must pass YMCA background check
College Degree
CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of employment
Possess strong customer service skills
Preferred
2 years experience in similar job setting preferred
