Responsibilities

Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of residential construction and custom home building practices

Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

OSHA 30 certification
