The role involves handling incoming inquiries, managing customer appointments, and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's product offerings while ensuring professionalism in all interactions.

Skillfully handle heavy incoming phone and online inquiries
High outbound phone work expectations for prospective clients
Record customer information and feedback in our specialized software system
Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers who missed appointments
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings
Always uphold strict confidentiality
Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions, whether on the phone or online
Qualification
Required
2 years of transferrable experience required
Heavy call volume experience of outbound and inbound
Essential multitasking and stress management skills
A high sense of urgency and a commitment to making sound decisions
Effective time management to meet and exceed company metrics and goals
Self-motivated and independent, not discouraged by receiving no's on the phone
Preferred
Dealership experience preferred but not required
