Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting Customer Success Services (CSS) customers Paas4SaaS implementations and building critical business process improvement, monitoring, support, and regression testing of the end-to-end customer Paas4SaaS cloud deployments
Will accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts by providing deep technical expertise
Will assist in deployment of projects, run, and maintain of cloud deployments, creation, and delivery of technical content, with a dedicated focus on Oracle SaaS & PaaS cloud services
Will assist engineering efforts for building tools including feature evaluation, feature selection, automation of tasks, visualization, monitoring and integration
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in development, support, integration, or a related field
7+ years of expertise in delivering integration, OIC or API-based solutions
Hands-on experience leading multiple full lifecycle projects using OIC and API products
In-depth knowledge of integrating SaaS applications and on-premises software
Proficiency in web services, XML technologies, SOA, and RESTful services
Proven ability to architect and design solutions for enterprise-scale clients
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and end-to-end delivery of integration solutions
Hands-on expertise with Oracle VBCS, PCS, MFT CS, BPEL, OSB, and B2B
Experience with BI reports
Experience with PL/SQL and Database concepts
Experience in Oracle SaaS
Experience with WebLogic Server Administration
Proven track record of successfully managing Day 2 operations, including continuous improvement and issue resolution
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to the evolution of technical standards and best practices

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
