Responsibilities
Perform general office and administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and purchasing support
Coordinate with staff and assist with project and office operations
Research information, compile data, and produce written documents and reports
Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence
Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service and office administration
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Secretarial or business administration training preferred
