Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Workday integration support for AMS clients through case resolution, troubleshooting, and ticket triage
Configure, test, and deploy new or modified integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom solutions
Own technical consulting activities including root cause analysis, documentation, enhancements, and upgrades
Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business and technical needs
Proactively contribute to AMS tooling, automation, process improvements, and best practices
Mentor junior team members and collaborate across global delivery teams
Stay current with Workday releases, features, and certification requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong experience working tickets in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath, and familiar with object-oriented programming (preferably Java or J2EE)
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, web services (SOAP/REST), and Workday's data model
Able to manage and prioritize multiple customer cases, with a strong focus on service excellence
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
Preferred
Experience with AMS service models and SLA-driven environments
Exposure to other middleware/integration platforms or ERP systems
Workday HCM or Financials certification is a plus
Workday Integrations Certified (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs)
2+ years of Workday Integrations experience, ideally in an AMS/post-production environment
