Responsibilities
Performs required cost maintenance in ERP system daily and reviews pending (current) standard costs monthly against frozen standard cost. Reports on large variations and reviews impact on product margins. Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs
Reviews bill of materials and routings for accuracy monthly and as needed. Prepares weekly/monthly labor efficiency reports and analyzes routed hours to actuals trends
Generates weekly cycle count reports and monitors compliance with ABC cycle counting program throughout the year. Maintains ABC cycle count codes in ERP system quarterly
Prepares inventory and cost month-end close journal entries, generates monthly inventory reports, updates OneStream reports. Prepares and maintains monthly inventory accounts reconciliation
Supports Physical Inventory auditing team. Supports yearly Material Standards updates, assists in gathering material cost data and identifies areas for cost-accuracy improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (B. S.)
Two to four years related cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP cost accounting reporting systems
Advanced user of MS Excel, including pivot tables, lookup tables, etc
Experience in using Power BI and OneStream applications
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP system
