A/P and Deposits clerk ensures accuracy of accounting needs on a weekly-monthly and annual basis
Handle financial Records
Paying Vendors
Balancing Factory Statements
Timely record keeping of accounting information to our inventory
Prepare customer invoices
Call vendors for our payments
Reconcile A/P and receivables schedules
Do daily deposits
Maintain Petty cash flow
1099 filling
Send monthly invoices
Qualification
Required
Automotive Business office experience (minimum 1+ Years)
