Automotive Dealership Accounting Clerk
Mills Automotive Group is seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk. The role involves performing basic accounting functions and maintaining assigned accounting schedules while ensuring accurate inventory management and handling clerical tasks.

Responsibilities
Post New and Used Cars into Inventory
Post Wholesales and Dealer Exchanges
Reassign and Track all Wholesale titles and dealer exchange MSOs
Issue checks for purchases
Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts
Perform basic and routine accounting functions
Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Good administration and organization skills
Basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions
Previous dealership experience
Good computer skills
Working knowledge of CDK
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Previous automotive dealership accounting experience
Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
