Responsibilities
Respond promptly to online leads, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective customers
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle by providing detailed information about available models, features, pricing, and financing options
Schedule appointments, test drives, and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth sales process
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers' needs are met, providing a seamless transition from the online inquiry to the in-dealer experience
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with leads in a timely manner
Demonstrate strong product knowledge, particularly the Ford lineup, to address customer questions and help them make informed decisions
Provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile to ensure a positive online car-buying experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an automotive or internet sales environment
Ability to build rapport, listen to customer needs, and provide top-tier service
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively without sacrificing attention to detail
Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM software
Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and work together to meet sales goals
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; further education is a plus
