Responsibilities
Performing diagnostic tests and identifying vehicle malfunctions
Repairing and replacing vehicle parts and components
Conducting routine maintenance and inspections
Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries
Ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer standards
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a service technician, preferably with Porsche, Audi or VW vehicles
ASE certification or equivalent
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technology
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
